United Methodist Women are again sponsoring the collection of “Operation Christmas Child” – shoe boxes filled with different items for children. Last year, we collected 44 boxes from our church. This year we are hoping for more. The boxes will be sent to various places in our world. Just know that children will be overjoyed to receive them. Boxes should be brought to the church by November 16th, 2014.
Here is a list of Gift Suggestions: Girls or Boys 2-4 yrs, 5-9 yrs, 10-14 yrs SCHOOL SUPPLIES: pens, pencils and sharpeners, crayons or markers, stamps & ink pad sets, writing pads or paper, solar calculators, coloring and picture books, etc. TOYS: small cars, balls, dolls, stuffed animals, yo-yos, kazoos, harmonicas, jump ropes, small Etch A Sketch, toys that light up or make noise (with extra batteries), slinky, etc. OTHER: t-shirts, socks, ball caps, sunglasses, hair clips, toy jewelry, watches, flashlight (with extra batteries) A PERSONAL NOTE: You may enclose a note to the child and a photo of yourself or your family. (If you include your name and address, the child may write back) *DO NOT INCLUDE: Used or damaged items; war-related items such as toy guns, knives or military figures; chocolate or food; out-of-date candy; liquids or lotions; medications or vitamins; breakable items such as snowglobes or glass containers; aerosol cans.

Formal and informal kinds of the education are very necessary and vital. It is kept in mind and promoted. Its essence and literal terms are understood and comprehended. The aspects of the research are learned and taught.
